Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for most payment methods.

• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or colluding with other members to abuse any promotional offers.

A winbox22 account may be terminated in the following situations:

• At the member's request: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal after a review is completed.
• At winbox22's discretion: Winbox22 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious breach.
• Inactive: Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee or termination in accordance with the policy in effect at that time.

• Winbox22 is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, user device issues, or extraordinary events.
• The maximum total liability of winbox22 to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
